About Forged in Filament
Forged in Filament is a solo-run 3D printing studio based in downtown Toronto, Canada. We specialize in handcrafted cosplay props and collectible replicas — all printed with precision using our Bambu Lab P1S machines.
We started in 2024 on Etsy, but transitioned to our own site to better support our craft and community. Our focus? Creating badass, to-scale props for gamers, streamers, cosplayers, and collectors alike — no compromises.

👨🎨 Adham “Rabz” Rabah
Designer, Maker, DJ, and Gamer. I've been building things since I was a kid — now I make weapons and armor for fellow nerds. I sometimes stream my builds live on Twitch — come hang out!
Our dream? To one day design props for the big screen. For now, we’re here to make your shelf, stream, or cosplay stand out.
