🚫 Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. After this period, production typically begins, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Important: Once production starts, we cannot stop or refund your order unless it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.

🛠️ How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order:

Please include your order number in the message to expedite your request.

🚚 Modifying Shipping Details

You may request a change to your shipping address before the order is shipped.
We cannot modify shipping info once an item is in transit.

⏳ Late Cancellation / Return-to-Sender

If your order is not cancelled within the allowed timeframe but you no longer want the item, you may still return it upon delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
